and for my latest and also the tenth build of dioramaworks, i present a piece of Helheim forest... the HELHEIM RUINS. this is also one of my commissioned build, the client wants a touch of Helheim as seen on the series of Kamen Rider Gaim that is soon to end. so more details after the break
Helheim is another dimension, a forest that once was a flourished civilization, brought to doom by it's power-hungry inhabitants over survival and the battle to claim the forbidden fuit, Ambrosia, in the series they refer this fruit as Kindan no Kajitsu
the plants of Helheim are extremely invasive, it's like they got a mind on their own, moreover makes the whole forest as an integrated organism, that rewards the strongest of the world, the forbidden fruit
moreover these ruins are one of many landmarks spotted all over the series and one of the quite iconic one where the riders get to fight the rulers of the Helheim forest, Overlord Inves or lymnif
in this diorama i try to bring out the touch of Helheim by arranging the vines of invasive plants and their ever available fruits that turns into lockseeds when touched by the riders
the quite imminent feature on this diorama is the invasive plants, without them i gotta admit there isn't any helheim feel at all
